Starting his career as a comics and concept artist 18 years ago, Ling Chao quickly developed versatile skills within the art production of games. He spent 3 years in Konami as a lead doing concepts, lighting, cg and animation before joining Mine Loader in 2003 as an all-round artist while taking on more managerial roles along the way. In 2009 he was appointed senior manager of art department and productions and led several big productions, including Hitman Absolution and Kane and Lynch II.

Sean is a passionate artist that started his career 14 years ago as environment artist in Ubisoft where he spent several years as a senior environment and level artist before joining Perfect world as an Art Director which is the third-largest game developer in China. In 2009 he moved to Eidos Shanghai where he as the Art Director handled a number of AAA projects including Tomb Raider, Deus Ex and Hitman Absolution.
STUDIO ART DIRECTOR
Jon started and developed his career as a production artist on AAA titles in the games industry 13 years ago. Taking on more leadership roles in studios like Ubisoft, Bethesda and Capcom he quickly developed a passion for supporting his artists with clarity on communications, strategies and project management, with the considerations of an experienced developer. He brings a wide range of knowledge and experience from his years of AAA and mobile development.
